    The problem

Your time. Every hour you spend chasing an invoice is an hour you're not driving or growing your business.

The extra fees. In factoring, when broker payments are slow, extra fees get added that can increase your rate to 4–6%+. And if it takes too long, you're hit with chargebacks.

The contract. Factoring agreements typically last 1 or more years with auto-renewals. If you want to make a change or miss the cancel period, you gotta buy yourself out.

Check a factoring agreement and look for three things: fee schedules, exclusivity, and cancellation policies.

    The answer

Freedom. Use PayTruck when you want, and don't when you don't. We don't lock down your business.

Control. You decide which loads to fund — one, some, all or none. Your call. We don't force you to use us.

Certainty. It's a flat 3.5%, every time you decide to use PayTruck. No fees for slow payments, no buyouts. And if a broker goes under, that's our loss, not yours.

And you're not left guessing where it stands. That part's below.

    Josh — Founder, PayTruck
    8 years a freight broker

I spent eight years as a freight broker and got tired of all the bad and ugly that happens to trucking companies after a clean delivery — the fight to get paid, the paperwork mess, being left in the dark.

I started PayTruck to use what I know from the inside to give trucking companies a leg up.

    With PayTruck

You see everything that happens after you deliver — start to finish.

Here's a real look inside PayTruck's Carrier Portal.

PayTruck carrier portal load detail: a Houston to Chicago load for Meridian Freight Solutions, showing the invoice amount, pickup and delivery dates, rate confirmation and broker numbers, with a green banner reading Settled, final payment sent - $577.50 released, load closed.

Everything about your load, in one place. All the details, and a status you can read at a glance. This one's closed: settled, paid out, done.

PayTruck carrier portal documents panel showing the four files submitted with the load: carrier_invoice.pdf, sign_carrier_rate_confirmation.pdf, Bill_of_Lading.pdf, and proof_of_delivery.pdf, each with file size and upload date.

Your load documents, kept right here. A home for your paperwork, so you're not searching your cab or email to prove you sent them.

PayTruck carrier portal Payout breakdown: invoice amount $3,500, your advance 80 percent $2,800, flat rate 3.5 percent $122.50, balance due to you $700, your final payment $577.50, and total you receive $3,377.50.

The full breakdown, right in front of you. What you get sooner, what comes later, and one flat rate. The balance is yours — it isn't held against your other loads.

PayTruck carrier portal load timeline: load submitted, documents verified, invoice packet sent to Meridian Freight Solutions, advance of $2,800 sent and delivered to your bank, payment collected from Meridian Freight Solutions releasing your balance due, and load settled and closed — each step timestamped.

Know you're getting paid, step by step. Everything after your delivery done for you — time saved to keep driving and growing.

    Built to have your back

by someone who knows how it actually works

Your broker's delay never becomes your fee
One flat 3.5%. It doesn't move.

You know the cost of a load before you submit it — and it's the same number whether the broker pays in five days or ninety-five. Nothing is held back against your other loads.

When something's wrong, we fix it — not you
You're a person, not an invoice number.

Missing paperwork? Payment slow? We figure out the issues, and fix them so you keep driving — because you're building a business.

You send your documents. We handle the rest
We do the chasing, not you.

Upload your rate confirmation, bill of lading and proof of delivery — that's it. We build the invoice, send it, follow up, and collect. No endless document requests, no runaround, no mystery requirements.

    Use PayTruck

    How it works

Five steps. You watch every one.

    1
    Upload your load

Submit your rate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery. That's it.

    2
    We review it

We check the docs (usually same day), confirm the load details and amounts with the broker, and help gather any missing paperwork.

    3
    Receive your first payment

Once your docs check out, 80% of your invoice goes out to your bank within 24-48 hours.

    4
    See it happen

We invoice the broker, follow up, and collect — every step shows in your timeline as it happens.

    5
    Get your final payment

Once the load settles, the rest of your money goes out — our flat 3.5% is the only fee on the load. It's your balance, not money held against your next load.

    Straight answers

Can I keep my current factoring company?

Many factoring contracts restrict you from using another company. If yours allows it, you can send us specific loads and compare. If it doesn’t, we can still talk through your options — including how to move volume when you’re ready. Either way, PayTruck has no long-term lock-in and no exclusivity.

Is this just factoring with new branding?

Same basic idea — we pay you on your invoice before the broker does. The difference is the shape of the deal: one flat 3.5% that doesn't change with how long the broker takes, no long-term contract, no all-or-nothing requirement, and you pick which loads.

What if the broker never pays?

We check the broker before we buy the invoice, and once we do, the chasing is ours — we invoice, we follow up, we collect. A broker not paying is never treated as you doing something wrong. If the broker goes under, that's our loss.

    Am I locked in?

No. No minimum volume, no long-term contract, no exit fee. Use PayTruck on one load and never again if it doesn't fit your business.

What's the total cost on a $3,500 load?

$122.50 — the flat 3.5%, and the only fee on the load. $2,800 goes out up front as your 80%. The remaining $577.50 follows when the load settles. That's $3,377.50 to you.
